Ken Harvey is a lifelong Richmond native. Ken has an unmatched knowledge of the local real estate market as he has worked in the Richmond market for the last 28 years as both a real estate agent and licensed real estate appraiser. Ken has sold millions of dollars of real estate and appraised over 6,000 residential properties in his real estate career. Ken also has experience in land development, renovation, land acquisition, & management of income producing properties.
Ken’s market insight & asset valuation experience are key in assisting Hanky & Harvey clients in buying or selling their property, most likely their largest asset. Ken holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Richmond.
Ken has been married to his wife Jackie Hanky Harvey for 30 years and has a daughter Meghan & son Logan. Ken enjoys all sports, fishing, and vacationing at the beach with his family.
