- Once you select a home, we will draft and submit a purchase agreement on your behalf.
- We will then negotiate that contract until all parties are in agreement.
- In most cases we will set up a whole house inspection and any other specialized home inspections that may be necessary. We will review the results of those inspections with you and advise you on how best to negotiate for repairs or credits.
- We will work directly with your lender and make sure the property is appraised in a timely manner.
- We will also recommend and work directly with a closing attorney or title company of your choosing to complete the necessary paperwork for closing.
- Once the purchase agreement is fully ratified and a satisfactory appraisal is complete, we will schedule and accompany you to the closing table.
